Try this WOD (workout of the day)! Before starting any exercises, remember to warm up, stretch, and drink plenty of water.
Instructions
Complete 3 sets of 15 reps for each exercise after a thorough warm-up

- Dumbbell tricep extension
- Medicine ball slams
- Medicine ball lunges with rotation
- Dumbbell chest press
- Dumbbell bent over row
- Dumbbell weighted squats
