Join us for a virtual and interactive cooking class focused on nutritious and delicious foods, all from the comfort of home. Each class will begin with a presentation of information related to the topic and conclude with a live cooking demonstration. Recipes to recreate the delicious and healthy meals are provided.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences, is a certified Lifestyle Coach, and a lover of food! Katrina believes in a balanced, whole food based approach to eating that is as delicious as it is nutritious.
