Cook

Let’s get creative in the kitchen! We start with learning the basics, then turn up the heat to practice making more complex meals. Perfect for novices or teens ready to sharpen their skills.
Drop-In Gym

Shoot hoops or practice your serves! Check the schedule at your local Y for open gym, basketball, pickleball, table tennis, and volleyball drop-in offerings.
Group Fitness

Whether it's ZUMBA, yoga, H.I.I.T. or cycle, the Y's group fitness classes are open to teen members ages 14 and older. Check out the schedule at your local Y.
Late Nights & Takeovers

Come hang at your local Y! Spend time with friends, play video games, or battle each other in foosball.
Martial Arts

Combine fitness, meditation, discipline, self-defense, and self-confidence in Karate or Tae Kwon Do programs for tweens and teens.

Day Camp

Choose from day camps especially designed for teens including Peak Camp and Junior Lifeguard Camp.
Youth Fitness Orientation

Youth ages 10 - 13 will learn proper use of cardio and strength equipment and fitness center rules in this orientation class, a requirement for using our fitness centers before age 14.
Volunteer

Get involved in your local Y by volunteering. Choose one-time events like Healthy Kids Day or ongoing opportunities with youth sports and more.
