Want a great core exercise that is simple to do, but get results? Try rollovers, an exercise you can do at home and will work on your core, erector spinae, shoulders and glutes.
HOW TO DO IT YOURSELF
Equipment needed: exercise mat and exercise ball
1. Start on your knees with the yoga ball placed in front of you and then place forearms flat on the ball.
2. Let the ball roll forward away from your body so that you body goes into a semi-plank position (you should still be on your knees). Make sure you do not let your lower back cave to the floor by keeping your core strong.
3. Using your core, pull the ball back in towards your body and repeat.
