Outdoor Bootcamp Workout

Try this WOD (workout of the day)!
Before starting any exercises, remember to warm up, stretch, and drink plenty of water.
WARM-UP
1 minute each:
- High knees (march in place)
- Jumping jacks
- Standing toe taps
- Plank
CIRCUIT ONE
Repeat one time:
- 50 air squats
- 25 push-ups
- 50 alternating lunges
- 25 mountain climbers
CIRCUIT TWO
Repeat one time:
- 25 burpees
- 50 jump squats
- 25 tricep push-ups
- 50 jump lunges
