Try this WOD (workout of the day)! 

Before starting any exercises, remember to warm up, stretch, and drink plenty of water.

WARM-UP

1 minute each:

  • High knees (march in place)
  • Jumping jacks
  • Standing toe taps
  • Plank

CIRCUIT ONE

Repeat one time:

  • 50 air squats
  • 25 push-ups
  • 50 alternating lunges
  • 25 mountain climbers

CIRCUIT TWO

Repeat one time:

  • 25 burpees
  • 50 jump squats
  • 25 tricep push-ups
  • 50 jump lunges
