Recipe: Five Flavors of Yogurt

MANGO GREEK YOGURT
- ½ cup chopped mango (fresh or frozen & thawed)
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add mango and honey to blender and blend until smooth.
- Mix mango puree and yogurt until combined.
BERRY GREEK YOGURT
- 1 cup berries of choice
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add berries and 3 tablespoons water to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Simmer until berries can be broken down with a wooden spoon – about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool before stirring in the honey, yogurt and vanilla extract.
CHOCOLATE BANANA YOGURT
- 1 very ripe banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
CILANTRO MINT YOGURT
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
SAVORY SPICED YOGURT
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon coriander
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
