Recipe: Roasted Broccoli Rabe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound broccoli rabe
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toss broccoli rabe with oil, salt, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Roast for 10 minutes or until stems are tender and leaves are crispy.
TIP: Enjoy with Mushroom Risotto
