Kids are spending more time in front of screens resulting in a rise in anxiety, obesity, and depression and they’re increasingly disconnected from nature. Studies show that young people need time in nature for better health and happiness. BOLD & GOLD (Boys & Girls Outdoor Leadership Development) takes adolescents on adventures in wilderness.
