From A to Z, the Y has a Class for Everyone
From Above the Barre to Zumba® – including popular Les Mills™ workouts – the Y offers hundreds of group exercise classes. Whether you're a beginner taking their first class, an exercise enthusiast looking for a full-body workout, or an Active Older Adult seeking a low-impact option, there's something for everyone. Finding a workout that fits your schedule is easy with class lengths that range from 15 to 60 minutes. And only members have unlimited, exclusive access!

Group Fitness Class Categories
Active Older Adults (AOA)
AOA classes are designed specifically for balance, low impact, and functional movements and are ideal for ages 55+ and all fitness levels.
Cardio
Tired of the treadmill? Pump up your heart rate in our energizing classes including Cardio Boxing, Step & Strength, and STRONG Nation®.
Cycle
Pedal through hill climbs and sprints while getting a low-impact, choreographed cardiovascular workout set to exciting music tracks.
Dance
Have fun while getting fit dancing to your favorite tunes in popular dance classes like Zumba®, Line Dancing, and AOA Dance Fitness.
H.I.I.T.
H.I.I.T., a full-body workout combining high-intensity resistance and weight training with plyometric movements, improves overall strength and power.
Mind and Body
Our Mind-Body collection, including Yoga, Stretching, Foam Rolling, Tai Chi, and Meditation, heals and rejuvenates through a holistic approach to optimal health.
Strength
Beginners through advanced lifters will benefit from our strength training classes like Les Mills BODYPUMP™ that focus on form and technique to optimize workouts.
Water
Water provides a low-impact and effective workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, overall strength, and flexibility through resistance and buoyancy.
