Join us for a Les Mills Launch Party in October, where we will celebrate the release of new choreography and sample other fitness classes. It’s a party, so invite your favorite workout friend and get moving to a stronger you.

Les Mills workouts are for all fitness levels and abilities. Whether you're up for a high-intensity cardio class or want to dance your way to fitness, Les Mills has a program for you.
BODYBALANCE™ is a next-generation yoga class designed for everyone. Strengthen your mind, body, and life as you flow through simple yoga moves combined with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. An inspiring soundtrack keeps you focused and in the zone throughout.
BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy, non-contact workout inspired by martial arts. Your instructor will push you to raise the intensity and help you get the most out of every round. You’ll relieve stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ by the time the bell rings.
BODYPUMP™ uses light to moderate weights and lots of repetition for a total body workout. Instructors coach you through proven moves with motivating music, pushing you to achieve more than you could alone. You’ll leave feeling challenged and ready for more.
Les Mills CORE™ is a scientifically designed workout focused on core strength and sports performance. Strengthening your core improves stability, endurance, and balance while helping to prevent injuries and enhancing your overall performance and quality of life.
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. With great music pumping, your instructor guides you through hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. Rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak, boosting fitness while staying in sync with the pack.
