Try this WOD (workout of the day)! Before starting any exercises, remember to warm up, stretch, and drink plenty of water.
Do each move for 45 seconds. Rest 15 seconds. Repeat 3x.

Reverse Lunges
Bicycle Crunch
Inchworm
Tricep Dips (on Chair)
