Complete each stretch for 30 seconds.
- Arm Circles
- Hip Circles
- Long-Side Bend
- Overhead Tricep (Left & Right Sides)
- Butterfly
- Lying Hamstring (Left & Right Sides)
- Chest Stretch
- Seated Double Toe Touch
- Knee Hug (Left & Right Sides)
- Child's Pose
