Can Do Strength Training Workout

Use canned goods instead of dumbbells in this strength workout perfect for home. Before starting any exercises, remember to warm up, stretch, and drink plenty of water.
Upper Body
Complete two sets of 15 reps:
- Bicep Curls
- Tricep Extensions
- Shoulder Press
- Chest Press
- Bent Over Row
Lower Body
Complete two sets of 25 reps:
- Squats
- Lunges
- Deadlift
- Step Ups (On Chair)
- Body Bridges
