AOA Low-Intensity Cardio Workout

Try this WOD (workout of the day)! Before starting any exercises, remember to warm up, stretch, and drink plenty of water. Be sure your area is clear to safely complete the following exercise.
Complete 2 sets of 15 reps.
- March in place
- Alternating cross-body jabs
- Modified jumping jacks
- Forward punch with hamstring curl
- Core rotations, knee to elbow
