Mobility
Complete two sets of 15 reps.
- Forward hip swings
- Lateral hip swings
- Arm circles
- Neck rotations
- Overhead reach
Strength
Complete two sets of 15 reps.
- Chair squats
- Modified push-ups
- Stationary lunges
- Tricep dips
- Seated knee lifts
