Try this WOD (workout of the day)! Before starting any exercises, remember to warm up, stretch, and drink plenty of water.
Instructions
Each exercise spells out the word "values" for a total of six core moves. Complete three rounds of each!
Exercises
- V-ups (25 reps)
- Alternate toe taps (25 reps)
- Leg extensions (25 reps)
- Upward dog (25 reps)
- Elbow plank (30 seconds/side)
- Side plank (1 minute/side)
