Watch as Zanny from the Sammamish Community YMCA creates and lights up an underwater world! This art activity is perfect for the elementary age group and will let children use their imagination and knowledge of what lives under water to create and enjoy a little magic.
Supplies Needed: zip top bag, permanent markers, white construction paper, black construction paper, and scissors.
