Recipe: Orange Cardamom Bonbons

These no-bake bonbons are a tasty, wholesome treat you can feel good about eating!
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup pecans, toasted
- ½ cup pitted dates, pits removed
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 pinch sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup unsweetened, finely shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients except coconut in a food processor and pulse until smooth and mixture sticks together when pressed.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and then roll in coconut. Store in the refrigerator.
TIPS
These can be made ahead and stored in the freezer for several months.
