Orange Cardamom Bonbons covered in coconut

These no-bake bonbons are a tasty, wholesome treat you can feel good about eating!

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup pecans, toasted
  • ½ cup pitted dates, pits removed
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ cup unsweetened, finely shredded coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients except coconut in a food processor and pulse until smooth and mixture sticks together when pressed.
  2. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and then roll in coconut. Store in the refrigerator.

TIPS

These can be made ahead and stored in the freezer for several months.
