Recipe: Red Chimichuri Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 shallots, roughly chopped
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ¼ chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
- ¾ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add garlic and shallots in the bowl of your food processor and pulse until chopped.
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse until it is finely chopped but retains some texture.
- Serve on EVERYTHING!
