About the Matt Griffin Y

The Matt Griffin YMCA (formerly known as the Highline YMCA) serves the dynamic communities of southwest King County. Our facility underwent a large renovation and expansion in 2009, at which point it was renamed in honor of Mr. Griffin, a long time supporter and champion of the YMCA. We are proud to provide all kids the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve.

Serving Our Community

The Matt Griffin Branch of the YMCA of Greater Seattle serves South and West King County, including SeaTac, Highline, White Center, Burien, Tukwila, Des Moines, and Normandy Park.

Commitment

The Matt Griffin YMCA has made a special commitment to helping our community prevent and overcome chronic health issues like obesity, diabetes and heart disease.

Our programs include Diabetes Prevention Program, Blood Pressure Monitoring, Wellness for Life weight management program, Ballet, Karate, Swim Lessons for all ages, Youth Sports, Summer Camps, Birthday Parties, and Senior Hikes.
