Apply with Video
Applicants that wish to submit a video proposal are asked to create and upload an unlisted YouTube video. Applicants will be asked to share a private link to access the video submission. Creativity is encouraged! Video applicants may choose to include slides or other visual aides, though it is not required. Video submissions should be at least 10 minutes long and should not exceed 15 minutes in length. Videos may vary in structure and content, but they must provide detailed responses to the following questions:
- What are your organization’s core values? Please explain how each is reflected in your work.
- What is your organization’s mission statement?
- How is your organization focusing on dismantling structural racism and oppression?
- What are the target populations or communities served by your organization? Please be sure to specify if your organization is working with majority BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ youth.
- Explain the services and programs the organization provides for youth and young adults ages 13-24. Please be sure to specify if your organization offers peer support or street outreach services.
- Describe the need that the organization aims to address with this funding. Include a summary of how the organization plans to use the funding during the award period (Sept 2024 - Aug 2025).
- How will the organization measure the impact of the funds? How is the organization collecting and utilizing participant feedback to improve programs/services?
