“I love working for the Y, this place truly cares about me as a person. I have grown professionally since I started working with the Y in 2018. The Y provides many avenues for professional development and opportunities for promotions. The Y also cares about the community, it is a place for all ages. Lastly, the Y lets me do what I am passionate about, providing a safe place for kids before, after school, and in the summer. “ Jason B, School Age Program Director
