INGREDIENTS
- 6 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring an inch of water to a rapid boil and carefully add eggs.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 6 ½ minutes (7 ½ minutes for medium, 8 ½ minutes for hard).
- Meanwhile, add ice and water to a medium bowl.
- Once eggs are cooked to your liking, use a slotted spoon to transfer eggs to the ice bath to cool for a few minutes before peeling.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
