Recipe: Perfect Soft-Boiled Eggs

Soft-Boiled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring an inch of water to a rapid boil and carefully add eggs. 
  2. Cover with a lid and cook for 6 ½ minutes (7 ½ minutes for medium, 8 ½ minutes for hard).
  3. Meanwhile, add ice and water to a medium bowl.
  4. Once eggs are cooked to your liking, use a slotted spoon to transfer eggs to the ice bath to cool for a few minutes before peeling.
  5. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
