How-To Access and/or Create Your Account & Reset Password

Your online account with the YMCA of Greater Seattle is your go-to destination for things like managing your contact information, managing payments, signing waivers, and reviewing purchases and schedules. You can access your account by logging in at my.seattleymca.org.

If this is your first time logging in to our new account management system or if you’re a new YMCA of Greater Seattle customers, follow these steps.

Logging In for the First Time

You’ll need a few things to login to your new YMCA of Greater Seattle account for the first time:

1. First and Last Names (legal names please; you’ll have the opportunity to provide preferred names and pronouns once your initial account is set up!)
2. Email Address* (this is key for logging into your account in the future; be sure to use one you have regular access to)
3. Birthday (as it appears on your government issued ID)
4. Primary Phone (so we can contact you if there are any issues with your account)

*To accurately sync your old Y account to your new one, please use the email address that you currently receive communications at from the Y when creating your new account. If you are a previous member or participant of the Y, this is likely the email address you provided on your membership purchase or transaction. If you are not a previous member or participant of the Y, enter the email address you would like to use for all YMCA communications, transactional and otherwise.

Logged into Your New Account Already but Forgot Your Password?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link at my.seattleymca.org to establish or reset a password. You will be prompted to enter your email address and hit the “Reset Password” button. Follow instructions sent to your email to finish creating your password.

How to Delete an Account

You won’t be able to delete your account on your own. If you would like more information about removing your information from our systems, please contact us to get started.
