How To Complete Forms and Waivers

1. Log into your YMCA of Greater Seattle account at my.seattleymca.org.

2. In your notification center on the account home page, review any messages for incomplete forms or waivers. Take action to resolve by clicking the red boxes.

3. Sign all applicable waivers by clicking the “Sign” button and completing your acknowledgement.

4. Complete all forms by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking and completing any paperwork in the “Outstanding” box.

5. Once forms and/or waivers are resolved, the red notification in your notifications center should disappear.
