
How-To Add Authorized Persons for Child Care Pickups
1. Log into your YMCA of Greater Seattle account at my.seattleymca.org.
2. Click on “More” in the header or "Update My Information" in the tile icon.

3. Under “Update Authorized Pick-Ups”, follow the steps below to add an Authorized Pick-up for your child(ren). Click the drop-down menu and select “Yes” if the Authorized Pick-up person lives in the same household or select “No” if the Authorized Pick-up person does not live in the same household. Click “Next”.

4. If “Yes” was selected, confirm that the existing Adult (18+) is listed in the household contact table.

5. If “No” was selected, enter the details required to create an account for the Authorized Pick-up person and click “Next”.

6. Select the Authorized Pick-up person from the drop-down list. Selected the child(ren) for pick-up. The first date to pick-up will be today’s date and confirm the last date they can pick-up. Add relationship to Authorized Pick-up and then click “Next”.

7. Add phone number and email address for the Authorized Pick-up person. Click “Next”.

8. Confirm that the phone number is correct for the Authorized Pick-up person as the last four digits of their phone number will be the PIN they use to check in or out the child(ren) and click “Next”.

9. Select “Finish” and refresh the page to confirm Authorized Pick-up has been added.
