Stay up-to-date with our transition to a new customer relationship management and registration system.
We’re excited to announce that the YMCA of Greater Seattle is launching a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and registration system in 2025.
This new system will streamline your online experience by consolidating all of your YMCA accounts into one place. Whether you're registering for programs like day camp, swim lessons, and youth sports, managing electronic forms and waivers, or accessing your YMCA membership, everything will be easier and more convenient than ever.
Most of your current information will be transferred to the new system, so all you need to do is create your new account on March 5 or later.
We are streamlining membership billing!
We are working diligently to ensure that this transition is as smooth as possible, but we do expect some bumps along the way. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
If you have questions or need assistance, our Member Support Center team is available to help and can be reached by phone, email, chat, or in person.
If you utilize financial assistance for membership, you do not need to take any action to maintain your current award as we transition to the new system.
For programs, you will need to use the coupon code “ProgramFA” each time you register for programs. Before completing your registration, click on your shopping cart and enter the coupon code.
Get ready for schedules that are easier to access and more accurate!
Beginning March 1, schedules for drop-in programs like open swim, gym times, Kids Zone, and group fitness will be live on the YMCA360® App, giving real-time updates at your fingertips. You can still download a printable pdf weekly schedule from the website if you choose!
A new check-in system for Kids Zone, safer than ever with printed name tags for children and guardians, also launches on March 5. On your first check-in, please bring an adult membership card (either a physical card or your YMCA360 digital card). Check-in may take a bit longer than usual while we register your child and our staff get familiar with the new system.
This suite of resources below offers step-by-step instructions with photos for managing your new YMCA account. Find support articles on updating your billing information, what to do if you forget your password, and more.
If you don't see the needed support article, just contact us. We are happy to help.
Beginning in April, monthly membership dues will be drafted on the 1st of the month. To accommodate this change in draft dates, there will be a one-time prorated charge in March.
Here’s what to expect based on your current draft date:
The chart below shows the percentage of dues you will be charged on March 19 based on your current draft date. Remember, if your draft date is on the 1st of the month, there will be no change for you.

No, your membership will continue to be at no cost to you.

Some membership package names have changed to be more reflective of the households we serve.
A household YMCA membership provides access to fitness facilities, classes, and programs for all household members (for two or more persons). It includes benefits like gym access, swimming pools, group fitness classes, priority registration, and family-friendly activities.
Examples:
An individual YMCA membership (for one person only) offers access to fitness facilities, classes, and programs for one person, including gym use, group fitness, swimming, and more, depending on age. It provides opportunities for personal wellness and community involvement.
Examples:
A virtual YMCA360 membership gives you (Individual, ages 14 and older) access to on-demand classes, wellness programs, and enrichment, allowing you to stay active and connected from home. Membership includes one visit to any YMCA of Greater Seattle location per month.
After prorated dues are drafted on March 19, your draft date will shift to the 1st of the month, beginning April 1.
We've made it easier than ever to find member and account information with our new Support Center. Find instructions for managing your account, easy access to request forms, and a complete list of our policies all in one place.
