Stay up-to-date with our transition to a new customer relationship management and registration system.
We’re excited to announce that the YMCA of Greater Seattle is launching a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and registration system in 2025.
This new system will streamline your online experience by consolidating all of your YMCA accounts into one place. Whether you're registering for programs like day camp, swim lessons, and youth sports, managing electronic forms and waivers, or accessing your YMCA membership, everything will be easier and more convenient than ever.
Most of your current information will be transferred to the new system. So when the time comes, all you need to do is create your new account with the same email address as your current YMCA account. It's as simple as that!
Membership and branch program registrations may not be fully accessible in your new YMCA account until March 5 when the new system fully launches.
We are streamlining billing! Beginning in April, monthly membership dues will be drafted on the 1st of the month. In mid-February, we’ll communicate how your March membership dues will prorate to align with the new draft date.
We are working diligently to ensure that this transition is as smooth as possible, but we do expect some bumps along the way.
If you have questions or need assistance, our Member Support Center team is available to help and can be reached by phone, email, chat, or in person.
Registration for programs will incrementally move to our new system.
Before and After-School Enrichment and Early Education programs started using the new system in 2024.
Day Camp registration will occur in the new system starting on February 5.
Branch program registrations will occur in the new system beginning on March 5, when the system fully launches.
Get ready for schedules that are easier to access and more accurate! Beginning March 1, schedules for drop-in programs like open swim, gym times, Kids Zone, and group fitness will be live on the YMCA360® App, giving real-time updates at your fingertips. You can still download a printable pdf weekly schedule from the website if you choose!
A new check-in system for Kids Zone is coming your way beginning March 5! As we transition, check-in may take a bit longer than usual while we register your child, and our staff familiarize themselves with the system.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we make this exciting transition! We will keep you informed throughout and provide updates on the progress along the way.
To ensure you have the most current information, please watch for future email communications. We will regularly update this webpage with the latest details and registration information for 2025, including providing a suite of resources to support you and answer your questions.
