ePACT Network

The Y partners with ePACT Network, a secure, best-in-class electronic records and waivers system to support our Early Education, Day Camp, and Before & After-school Enrichment programs. It quickly and easily collects and manages health and contact information while giving families a secure place to store and update their personal information.

The Y and ePACT prioritize security and privacy using industry-best practices, encryption, and data protection standards. This easy-to-use system saves time with one central account for all family participants. Shared data automatically pre-fills and notifies us of updates, ensuring we have the most current information when we need it.
